Go Abroad Fund

The Go Abroad Fund provides financial support to students to undertake a short-term international experience over the summer. The trip must be educational in some way, such as volunteering, internships, conferences, cultural activities, or research. The deadline for applications is 6 March 12pm.

Want to find out more about the digital library resources available to research your dissertation question? Interested in learning how to manage the bibliographic and research data you’ve found?  Thought about making your dissertation something special by using the fantastic collections available at the Centre for Research Collections?

Join us from the 6th – 17th Mar 2023 for a programme of online and in-person events and learn what the Library can do for you to help you succeed with your dissertation. Our programme will include sessions by University teams and external suppliers.

Study Skills Consultations

A study skills consultation is available to all undergraduate and taught postgraduate students. These consultations are 30 minute one-to-one sessions with a Study Development Advisor. They can help students develop effective study strategies and enhance current study skills. The session could be used to discuss such things as (but not limited to): effective reading, time management, and dissertation or revision planning.
