Unable to document movement and viewing things the way the eye sees things, instead of using a tripod I have to rely on practising and becoming more confident and better at hand-held camera and panning without jolts and distractions. Using a tripod means that we are more attracted to the RHS and impervious to the LHS due to the lack of movement in comparison, making it less effective.
Although the stillness of the LHS is grounding, I will still experiment being still but through handheld so the movement is very subtle.
the LHS may complement or contradict the RHS, but in no circumstances do they cancel each other out; they enrich one another.
