Interview consent form

This form is your opportunity to formally agree to take part in interviews with me (Emily Yue) as part of my PhD research at the University of Edinburgh. Once you have read the information sheet and understand what taking part involves, please complete the form below to indicate your consent. The interviews will be audio recorded to allow me to concentrate on you. I would like to do a minimum of two interviews, each lasting between 45 minutes to two hours. The stories you share will inform my research on how suicide (thoughts/attempts) is experienced by Brits/Scots with mixed heritage in Scotland

Depending on covid restrictions and your comfort, we can do interviews face-to-face or online.
