Claire introduction
My name is Claire Rowand I am a new student at Edinbrugh collage of art studying textiles. I have just gradated with a HND in fashion textiles at Glasgow Clyde Collage. I have always loved fashion, Â patterns colours from a young age.
My inspirational Textiles- Iris Van Herpen. her work is very bold but also intricate and delicate.
Working from home workwear- Depends on how I feel that day unwell wear my pjs or a comfy tracksuit (alwaysssss comfy clothes).
My tactile fear sensation- thick wool. I hate the dry fuzzy feeling. when I’m handing it my hands always get so dry and feeling horrible, it also makes me sneeze a lot lol.
My desk- I am still trying g to figure out a place to work . right now I’m working in one of the living rooms (which my mum isn’t happy about). one of my brothers has just moved to Edinburgh so I’m going to use his room as my studio!.

Well done on getting your first post up. I can empathise with your Mum about the living room full of your stuff. textiles students are notorious in their excessive bags of STUFF.
